Your Notre Chez Vous concierge service invites you to come and stay in this studio flat on the 1st floor of a building located next to Le Mans train station.
Whether you're looking for a pied-à-terre for a business trip or simply to discover our city, this studio apartment with balcony is the ideal place to stay.
From the entrance there is a living room with a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee machine and washing machine, a lounge area with a sofa bed for 2 people, television and access to a WiFi network, and a shower room with a shower, vanity unit and toilet.
Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
Located opposite the train station, you can take tram lines T1 and T2 to get around the whole of Le Mans.
You can reach the Place de la République with its many bars and restaurants as well as the Rue des Minimes for an afternoon of shopping. If you'd like to discover Le Mans' historic roots, we invite you to visit Le Vieux Mans and its Saint-Julien cathedral, just a 10-minute walk from the flat.
You'll find the tramway just 2 minutes' walk from the studio, at the "gare" stop, on the T1 line towards the University/Circuit des 24h and the T2 line towards Bellevue/Espal, allowing you to get around the city and reach the various points of interest. You can also get around on our Setram bus network, with several bus stops at the station serving a range of destinations.
