Flora Chéron et Laurent Coudrey, manager and partner of the concierge service Notre Chez Vous.
After several years of experience in the fields of concierge services, hygiene, and tourism in Le Mans and abroad, we decided to join forces around our shared passion: professional short-term rental concierge services.
The history of Notre Chez Vous
We met while working at a concierge company in the Sarthe region, where we were respectively agency manager and administrative and financial manager, responsible for managing around one hundred short-term rental properties in our beautiful region.
Thanks to our complementary experiences and shared standards of excellence, Notre Chez Vous is dedicated to providing the tailor-made service that your exceptional properties deserve.

It was in Sydney, Australia, that I discovered the world of luxury concierge services. As Operations Manager, I had the pleasure of managing more than 1,500 properties and just as many owners. After returning to Le Mans, I moved into the real estate sector as a sales advisor. During this experience, I discovered the full short-term rental potential of my hometown and was able to assist several property owners with their projects.
At Notre Chez Vous, I am responsible for operations and customer service. My goal is to ensure client satisfaction and guarantee proper management and follow-up for every property.
Laurent Coudrey
Partner
Originally from Caen and living in Le Mans for more than 15 years, I built my career in the financial sector, working within banks and organizations specializing in investment and wealth management.
Over the years, I have developed strong expertise in real estate investment, both in Europe and internationally. This experience led me into the concierge industry and now allows me to support our property owners with a strategic vision, advising them on investment choices and optimizing their real estate projects.
At Notre Chez Vous, I am responsible for accounting and administrative matters as well as the company’s financial strategy. My goal is to bring rigor, transparency, and analysis in order to optimize our clients’ rental income.
