Whether you're looking for a pied-à-terre for a business trip or simply to discover our city, this studio is the ideal place to stay.
Enjoy a living area with sofa bed (real mattress 140x200) and TV, a fully-equipped kitchenette and dining area, and a shower room with WC.
Bed linen and towels provided.
The living area includes a lounge with sofa bed (real 140x200 mattress), TV and free Wi-Fi access, a fully-equipped kitchenette (Tassimo coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc.) with a dining area for 2 people, and a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
You'll also have access to an outdoor area on the first floor, shared with other guests in the building.
Linen and towels are provided.
Travelers will have access to the entire dwelling as well as to the common courtyard.
Located close to the train station on a one-way street, you can take the T1 and T2 streetcars to get around Le Mans, and the station is just a 3-minute walk from the studio.
You can reach the center of Le Mans in 5 minutes to enjoy the famous Place de la République with its many bars and restaurants, as well as the Rue des Minimes for an afternoon's shopping.
If you'd like to discover Le Mans' historic roots, we invite you to visit Le Vieux Mans and its Saint-Julien cathedral.
You'll find the tramway just a 2-minute walk from the studio at the "gare" stop: line T1 towards Université/Circuit des 24h and line T2 towards Bellevue/Espal, so you can get around the whole city and reach the various points of interest. You'll also be able to take advantage of our Setram bus network, with several bus stops at the station for a variety of destinations.
