Please note: The studio is located on a plot where the owners also live. You may therefore bump into them during your stay. Please also note that certain areas, such as the main courtyard, are shared with them.
The studio comprises an entrance hall opening onto a bright living room. Here you'll find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and everything you need to prepare your meals. The adjacent dining room provides a convivial space for your meals.
There is also a modern bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC. For your relaxation, there is a lounge area with sofa, television and wi-fi connection. The studio also has a standard bed, perfect for a good meal, and a wardrobe for your clothes.
Outside, enjoy your own private terrace with garden furniture, ideal for relaxing in the great outdoors. You'll also have access to a garage, making it easy to park your car safely.
The studio is close to the city centre, making it easy to enjoy the famous Place de la République, renowned for its many lively bars, cafés and restaurants. For a day's shopping, head to the Rue des Minimes, where you'll find a variety of boutiques. You can also discover Le Vieux Mans, an area rich in historical heritage, with its picturesque little streets and the magnificent Cathédrale Saint-Julien.
There's also a Carrefour City, a butcher's shop and a bakery in your neighbourhood.
