The Tree is a residence of 5 apartments designed to comfortably accommodate passing travellers, with particular attention paid to professional stays and multi-night visits.
Located approximately 10 minutes' walk from the town centre shops and 3 minutes' drive from the ring road, the residence offers a convenient location for your journeys.
Housing
This studio located on the 2nd floor includes:
- A double bed
- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.
Common spaces
Within the residence, you will also have access to:
- A collective laundry room located in the basement
- A washing machine
- Ironing equipment
- A collective terrace with garden furniture
Two parking spaces are available in the residence, on reservation and subject to availability.

The Tree has a total of 5 apartments: 4 studios with a double bed and a T3 that can accommodate up to 6 people.
If you travel in a group, with colleagues or a team, we can, depending on availability, offer you several apartments or the complete privatisation of the building.

Long stays, particularly from Monday to Friday or longer, are particularly favoured. The Tree is notably suited to travelling professionals, teams, people in training, employees on assignment or people needing temporary accommodation.
