Located approximately 10 minutes' walk from city centre shops and 3 minutes' drive from the ring road, the residence offers a convenient location for your travels.

This studio located on the 2nd floor comprises:

- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- WC integrated into the bathroom
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.
Shared spaces
Within the residence, you will also have access to:
- A collective laundry room located in the basement
- A washing machine
- Ironing equipment
- A collective terrace with garden furniture
