Welcome to this residence comprising 5 apartments, located in a convenient area for quickly reaching the city centre and main road networks.
This studio located on the 1st floor is ideal for a professional stay, a mission of several days or a temporary stay.
The town centre and its shops are accessible in approximately 10 minutes on foot, whilst the ring road can be reached in just 3 minutes by car.
Housing
The studio includes:
- A double bed
- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen is equipped to allow you to prepare your meals independently: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.
At your disposal in the residence
The Tree also has communal spaces:
- A collective laundry room in the basement
- Washing machine
- Ironing equipment
- A collective terrace with garden furniture
Two parking spaces are available in the residence. However, they are limited and must be reserved in advance.

The Tree has a total of 5 apartments: 4 studios with a double bed and a T3 that can accommodate up to 6 people.
For teams, families or groups, it is possible to book several apartments or to privatise the entire building, depending on availability.
