Welcome to L'Arbre 🌿
Welcome to this residence comprising 5 apartments, located in a convenient area for quickly reaching the town centre and main road networks.
This studio located on the 1st floor is ideal for a professional stay, a mission lasting several days or a temporary stay.
The town centre and its shops are accessible in approximately 10 minutes on foot, whilst the ring road can be reached in just 3 minutes by car.
The accommodation
The studio comprises:
- A double bed
- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen is equipped to allow you to prepare your meals independently: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and utensils.
At your disposal in the residence
L'Arbre also has communal areas:
- A collective laundry room in the basement
- Washing machine
- Ironing equipment
- A collective terrace with garden furniture
👉 Only one parking space is reserved for the apartment, please do not use any space other than L'Arbre's so as not to inconvenience the neighbours.

L'Arbre has 5 apartments in total: 4 studios with double bed and one 3-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 people.
For teams, families or groups, it is possible to book several apartments or to privatise the entire building, depending on availability.
