Discover L'Arbre, a residence comprising 5 apartments, designed to welcome both business travellers and visitors seeking comfortable accommodation for several nights.
This studio located on the 1st floor is particularly suitable for professional stays, Monday to Friday trips or for people needing temporary accommodation.
You are approximately 10 minutes' walk from the town centre shops and only 3 minutes' drive from the ring road, which allows you to easily reach the main traffic routes.
Housing
The studio has:
- A double bed
- A fitted and equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils.
Common spaces
You also benefit from communal spaces within the residence:
- A collective laundry room in the basement with washing machine
- Ironing equipment
- A collective terrace with garden furniture
- Wi-Fi
- 2 parking spaces available in the residence
As parking is limited, only one space can be reserved per stay, subject to availability.
