This intimate retreat offers a welcoming living room with a double bed, television, dining area and dressing room. The kitchenette is equipped for your stay with an induction hob, coffee machine and microwave, perfect for preparing your meals.
There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.
Outside, enjoy your private terrace with a table for al fresco dining, as well as a large garden shared with another flat, complete with fig and banana trees, with direct access to the river.
Our studio is just 100 metres from the Abbaye de l'Épau, a place rich in history. You will have the opportunity to visit the Abbey, the permacultural garden, the greenhouse and the beehive.
The Abbey regularly organises events and festivities, offering visitors a unique experience. For more information on these activities and visiting times, please visit the Abbaye de l'Épau website.
