Les équipements en général, à savoir :
Salon : pas de wifi (mis dans l'annonce lors de la réservation, qui depuis est supprimé), ni de TV puisque pas d’antenne, un radiateur s’est décroché du mur et est tombé au sol,
Cuisine : pas de table, pas de see more

Salon : pas de wifi (mis dans l'annonce lors de la réservation, qui depuis est supprimé), ni de TV puisque pas d’antenne, un radiateur s’est décroché du mur et est tombé au sol, Cuisine : pas de table, pas de passoire, pas d’égouttoir sur l’évier, pas d’éclairage au dessus de la plaque chauffante puisque pas de hotte, pas de cuillère en bois pour éviter de rayer les poêles, pas de saladier…. Salle de bain : colonne de douche cassée ainsi que la balayette des toilettes, il n’y a qu’un miroir au-dessus des deux vasques mais celui-ci est accroché à une hauteur faite que pour de très grandes personnes, À l’entrée, pas de miroir, ni de porte-manteaux, l’aspirateur ne fonctionne pas non plus…. Pas de rideaux aux fenêtres avec une vue imprenable sur les voisins. À l’extérieur : pas de container pour les déchets, garage inaccessible et encombré et terrain non désherbé. Globalement cela ne correspond pas à l’annonce sur votre site. |

Le wifi n'avait pas été indiqué dans l'annonce car aucune box internet n'est en place actuellement. Il n'y avait pas d'antenne mise en place lors de votre séjour. Cette dernière a cependant été installée depuis votre venue.

Le wifi n'avait pas été indiqué dans l'annonce car aucune box internet n'est en place actuellement. Il n'y avait pas d'antenne mise en place lors de votre séjour. Cette dernière a cependant été installée depuis votre venue. La précédente voyageuse avait en effet abimé le placo et fait tomber le radiateur. A ce jour, le radiateur a également été remis en place. Le confort de nos voyageurs étant notre principale préoccupation, nous avons bien pris en compte les désagréments rencontrés et nous excusons pour ces derniers. Conciergerie Notre Chez Vous |
