Welcome to our house located in La Milesse, in the Sarthe, just a few minutes from Le Mans and the famous 24 Hours circuit.
This warm and fully equipped house is ideal for a stay with family, with friends or for a business trip in a calm and comfortable environment.
The accommodation can welcome several travellers thanks to its 3 bedrooms:
- a master suite with queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, WC and direct access to the outdoor hot tub,
- a second bedroom with queen-size bed,
- a third bedroom with standard bed.
A second bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet is available for the other bedrooms.
You will also benefit from:
- a separate fitted and fully equipped kitchen,
- a laundry room with everything needed for washing clothes,
- a large, welcoming living room with a very large television,
- Wi-Fi,
- air conditioning in all rooms for optimal comfort all year round.
Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:
- fitted terrace,
- garden furniture set,
- dining table,
- outdoor hot tub,
- pétanque court,
- fully enclosed garden.
Parking is easy with the possibility of parking up to 5 cars inside the property.
The house is usually inhabited by its owners, which gives it a warm and lively character, far from impersonal accommodation.
Note: the environment is calm, but a busy road is located nearby. When the windows are open, it is possible to hear the traffic.

The house is ideally situated to discover Sarthe and enjoy numerous activities:
- the 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit,
- the old town of Le Mans and its Plantagenet City,
- sporting and cultural events in Le Mans,
