Just a few minutes from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans Circuit, enjoy an independent house designed for a comfortable, practical and friendly stay. Ideal for motorsport enthusiasts, families or groups of friends, it offers ultra-fast access to the circuit whilst allowing you to enjoy the peace and quiet of a large wooded plot. Air conditioning in all rooms, numerous premium amenities, easy parking for several vehicles and comfortable living spaces: everything is in place to feel at home.
Independent house located in Arnage, in the immediate vicinity of the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. Ideal location for automotive events, holidays or a stay with friends and family.
The house is located on a large plot of land making it easy to park several cars. The garden is spacious and pleasant for enjoying meals outdoors. Note: the land is partially enclosed, it does not have a gate at the entrance.
For your comfort, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning and internet connection is provided by Starlink, offering excellent network quality and highly efficient Wi-Fi.
On the sleeping arrangements side:
- A room with a Queen Size bed
- A second room with two single beds that can be prepared as one double bed (please let us know before your arrival if you would like this configuration)
- A 2-seater sofa bed in the living room with a proper base for comfortable sleeping
The lounge and a bedroom have a television with access to:
- Apple TV
- Netflix
- Prime Video (excluding purchases)
- HBO
- Paramount+
- Complete Canal+ package with sports channels
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking as at home, including in particular an Air Fryer and a bean-to-cup coffee machine in addition to standard equipment.
You will also have:
- A laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing kit
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
The house is mainly single-storey, but a step separates the living area from the sleeping space comprising the bedrooms and the bathroom.
The house was designed to offer maximum comfort and facilities so that you can fully enjoy your stay.
Please note for people sensitive to light: the house does not have shutters, but all rooms are equipped with blackout curtains.
