From the entrance hall, a corridor leads to 2 bedrooms, one of which adjoins the living room with a queen-size bed and a large dressing room, a second bedroom with a double bed and a large dressing room, a shower room and a separate toilet. A folding extra bed is available for a 5th person.
Secure underground parking at level -2 with two parking spaces 41 and 42 with garage doors.
Linen and towels are provided.
Avenue Bollée is one of the main roads in Le Mans. It is one of the longest in the city and provides direct access to the centre from the east, allowing access to all the amenities and shops necessary for a pleasant stay.
Only 5 minutes from the Place de la République where you can enjoy a day of shopping in the Rue des Minimes and discover the historic centre of the city, 10 minutes from the Cathedral of St Julien and Old Mans.
You can get around on foot or by public transport, tram and bus only 500 metres from the accommodation on the Place des Comtes du Maine.
