Welcome to L'Arbre 🌿
Welcome to L'Arbre, a small residential complex comprising just 5 apartments, ideally located close to the town centre and main road networks.
This 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is particularly well-suited for business stays, multi-day trips or transitional situations such as house moves.
You will be approximately 10 minutes' walk from the town centre shops and just 3 minutes' drive from the ring road, making it easy to reach the different areas of the city and its surroundings.
The accommodation
The apartment comprises:
- One bedroom with 1 double bed
- A second bedroom in duplex / mezzanine, open to the living area, with 2 single beds
- A sofa bed in the living area
- A fitted and fully equipped kitchen
- A bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet
- A television
- Wi-Fi connection
The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: induction hob, oven, large refrigerator, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils and kitchen equipment.
⚠️ Please note: the bedroom with the two single beds is located on a mezzanine, in duplex style, and has no door. It is therefore open to the lower level.
Shared spaces
Guests also have access to:
- A shared laundry room located in the basement with washing machine
- Ironing equipment

👉 Only one parking space is reserved for the apartment. Please do not use any space other than L'Arbre's so as not to inconvenience the neighbours.
