The flat is a stone's throw from Place Washington, where you'll find a mini-market, bakery, restaurants, wine cellar and bars. You will be a 10-minute walk from Place de la République, the main square in Le Mans town centre. Direct access to the tramway and bus that will take you to the circuit, or to the city centre via the train station, which is also within walking distance. There is a launderette right next to the accommodation.
You can walk directly from the station or take the tram. Everything is accessible on foot, and you can park your car for free in the streets around the accommodation and leave it there for the duration of your stay.
