Your Notre Chez Vous concierge service is delighted to welcome you to this garden-level one-bedroom apartment. Ideally located on Avenue Jean Jaurès, 10 minutes' walk from the town centre and 10 minutes by tram from the 24-hour race circuit.
This one-bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a three-unit building. It comprises a living room with sofa bed and dining area, a fitted kitchen equipped with microwave, hob and coffee machine. A very bright bedroom with queen-size bed, a shower room with shower and vanity unit and separate toilet. Outside, you'll find garden furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The property is a stone's throw from Place Washington, where you'll find a mini-market, bakery, restaurants, wine cellar and bars. You will be a 10-minute walk from Place de la République, the main square in Le Mans town centre. Direct access to the tramway and bus that will take you to the circuit, or to the city centre via the train station, which is also within walking distance. There is a launderette right next to the accommodation. Everything is within walking distance, and you can park your car for free in the streets around the accommodation and leave it there for the duration of your stay.
As TV reception is poor, we have installed the Molotov TV application so you can watch live TV.
